【知识点】
1. 形容词的比较级
本单元是关于形容词的比较级。形容词是修饰名词的，放在be动词后面，如：My friend is lighter than Sally.
2. 比较级的构成：
1）直接加er/r
tall - taller light - lighter young - younger old - older
strong - stronger small - smaller late - later long - longer
2）双写加er: big - bigger fat - fatter thin – thinner hot-hotter
3）去y改i加er: heavy – heavier angry-angrier busy-busier
cloudy-cloudier dirty-dirtier early-earlier easy-easier happy-happier
4）不规则：good - better many / much - more bad - wor little – less
如：蚂蚁比老鼠多 Ants are more than mice.
3. 比较级句型的构成：A is …（比较级） than B （ 宾格）如：Su Hai is younger than me. 苏海比我小。如果要明确“小多少”，可以在形容词前上具体数字，如：Su Hai is two years younger than me. 苏海比我小两岁。
4. 表示A与B一样：A is as…(原形) as B (宾格）. 如：He is as tall as me.
5. 表示A与B不一样：A is not as…(原形) as B (宾格）. He isn’t as tall as me.
6. 注意比较的对象
在进行比较时，比较的对象必须是同类事物，不是同类的事物不能进行比较。如：
误：His bike is newer than his father.
正：His bike is newer than his father’s.
7. 注意than后面人称代词的格
8. 比较级的特殊疑问句：
1) Who’s twenty minutes younger than me?
2) Who school bag is heavier, yours or mine?

1. 副词的比较级
本单元是关于副词的比较级。副词是修饰动词的，放在动词后面，如：
My friend swims faster than me. 比较一下形容词和副词，试着翻译这个句子：他比我大2岁，但我跑得比他快。
2. 副词比较级的构成与形容词比较级的构成相同：
1）直接加er/r：low比肩同行 - lower slow - slower fast - faster late - later
2）去y改i加er：early-earlier
3）不规则变化：far-farther/further, well/good - better , bad-wor
3.比较级句型的构成：A… 声音大的四字词语…分米的单位（比较级） than B （ 宾格）
如：Su Hai jumps higher than me. 苏海比我跳得高
4.表示A与B一样：A …as…(原形) as B (宾格）. 如：He runs as fast as me.
5. A does well in… = A is good at… 表示A在……方面做得好，如：Tom does well in English. = Tom is good at English.
否定句：Tom doesn’t do well in English. = Tom isn’t good at English.
6. I’ll (I will)… 我将… You’ll (You will)…你将…
如：I ’ll get up early in the morning.
