3.其他
3.1招标单位在招标期间发出补遗漏书、其他正式有效函件和招标文件附件均是招标文件的有效组成部分。
3.2投标公司自行承担投标相关费用
3.3投标单位可在截止投标前就招标文件中发现的问题,以书面或电子邮件形式通知招标单位修改。
3.4本招标书的附件是后续协议的重要组成部分,如无异议,既视为生效。
