摘要：Acute mitral regurgitation due to ruptured chordae tendineae is a dramatic and life-threatening clinical situation. Rarely does this complication occur during pregnancy. We prent a ca of a 30-year-old woman in week 31 of her pregnancy who developed acute mitral regurgitation, condary to bacterial endocarditis and ruptured chordae tendineae.
