320m3高炉方案
 
1、Principles of Design设计原则
In Blast Furnace operation, in order to create favorable conditions for “stable production, high quality, low consumption, long campaign life, energy-saving and environmental protection”, realize design capacity within short time and improve the overall process & technology and equipment to advanced level among the same BF profile, matured, reliable and applicable process and equipment shall be adopted and the technological philosophy of feeding high quality raw materials, high pressure, high temperature, long campaign life, CPI, etc. shall be carried out along with effective measures meant to reduce energy consumption, protect environment and save investment. The campaign lif
e shall be ≥8 years.
采用成熟、可靠、适用的先进工艺技术及装备,贯彻精料、高压、高温、长寿、喷煤等技术方针,采取节能、改善环保、节省投资的有效措施,为高炉实现“稳产、优质、低耗、长寿、节能、环保”和快速达产创造良好条件,使总体的工艺技术及装备水平达到同类型高炉的先进水平,一代炉役寿命年。
2、Project Scale and Conditions 建设规模及条件
BF volume: 320 m3 ; Average productivity:3.0~3.2t/(m3.d); Annual production: 347,000 t (three hundred and forty ven thousand).
炉容320m3,平均利用系数3.0~3.2t/(m3.d),年产铁水34.7万t。

5、炼铁工艺 Iron-Making Process
炼铁系统包括矿槽及槽下筛分供料设施、料车及卷扬、炉顶装料设备、高炉本体、风口平台出铁场、热风炉、煤气粗除尘、煤气净化、渣处理系统、铸铁机、鼓风机站等。Iron-making system is inclusive of stock hou, stock hou screening & feeding units, skip car & hoist, top charging arrangement, BF proper, tuyere platform & cast hou, hot stoves, Dust Catcher, gas cleaning plant, slag granulation system, pig casting machine and blower station, etc.
5.1.1矿槽及槽下筛分供料系统 Stock Hou and Screening & Feeding System
矿槽布置为单排布置,共设有10个矿槽,其中2个焦碳槽、4个烧结矿槽、2个球团矿槽、一个熔剂和一个杂矿槽。采用分散筛分、称量工艺。Stock hou shall be arranged in one row with 10 stock bins, 2 for coke, 4 for sinter, 2 for pellet, one for flux and one for miscellaneous materials. Separate screening and weighing system shall be provided.
5.1.2料车及卷扬 Skip Car and Hoist
采用双料车斜桥上料,共用一套卷扬,料车有效容积为2.5 m3,卷扬能力7.5t,交流变频传动,电机功率132kw。The system of feeding with double skip car & skip bridge shall be adopted with one t of hoist. The effective volume of skip car is 2.5 m3. Hoist is of 7.5 t in capacity, AC frequency drive and 132kw in motor rating.
5.1.3 炉顶装料设备Top Charging Equipment
采用串罐无料钟炉顶,固定受料斗有效容积10 m3,设计炉顶压力0.08~0.12MPa,正常炉顶温度150~300,炉顶均压一次加压采用煤气二次均压采用N2,均压阀采用液压驱动(与槽下合用液压站)或采用双钟炉顶。Bell-less top charging system in ries shall be adopted. The effective volume of fixed receiving hopper is 10 m3 ; design BF top pressure is 0.08~0.12Mpa; normal BF top temperature is 150~300. For pressure equalizing, primary pressurization shall u BF gas and condary pressurization N2. Hydraulic drive shall be provided for equalizer valve (sharing with under stock hou). Double bell system can be alternative.
5.1.4 高炉本体 BF proper
高炉容积为320 m3,设12个风口、1个铁口,1个渣口。高炉采用自立式框架结构。高炉炉底及炉缸采用半石墨质碳砖、陶瓷杯综合砌筑,炉腹、炉腰和炉身中下部采用烧成铝碳砖、炉身上部用粘土砖砌筑或喷涂型内衬。炉底、炉缸区域采用光面冷却壁。BF volume is 320 m3 and is provided with 12 tuyeres, one tap-hole and one slag notch. Self-supporting structure shall be provided for BF; mi-graphite carbon blocks and ceramic cups shall be ud for BF bottom and hearth; bosh, belly and the middle and lower portion of the stack shall u baked alumina-carbon blocks; upper portion of the stack shall be lined with fireclay bricks or spraying type inner lining shall be applied.
5.1.5 风口平台及出铁场 Tuyere Platform and Cast Hou
风口平台宽17m、长约15m、高6.35m;出铁场长约30m。出铁场上设液压泥炮、液压开铁口机、铁沟、下渣沟和一台10t单梁起重机。Dimension of tuyere platform is 15m×17m×6.35m. Cast hou has a length of around 30m. Hydraulic mud gun & tap hole
drilling machine, runner, slag runner and one No. of single-beam lift shall be provided in cast hou.
5.1.6热风炉系统 Hot Stove System
高炉配置三座顶燃球式热风炉,设置热管换热器利用烟气余热预热助燃空气,助燃风集中送风,阀门采用液压传动。Three Nos. of top-fired hot stoves shall be provided for BF. Heat pipe exchanger shall be equipped to make u of waste heat from BF gas to pre-heat combustion air. Centralized blowing combustion air system shall be adopted. Valve shall be of hydraulic drive.
热风炉球床高度7500㎜,单座热风炉加热面积9268.2 m3,每m3高炉鼓风占有的球量为314kg,热风炉设计风温1100。The height of ball bed of hot stove is 7500mm; the heating area per hot stove is 9268.2m3 ; every m3 BF blowing shall take up 314kg of ball. The design blast temperature is 1100.
