1 Chine cities are saying “enough already” to bike-sharing rvices

For over a year, China’s city streets have been flooded with bicycles. For a while, the mass of rubber and aluminum blocked pedestrian walkways and piling up beside office complexes.
But now, some cities are saying “no more.”
On Aug. 18, 2017, Shanghai’s municipal transportation bureau nt a notice to a number of bike-sharing companies demanding they refrain from adding new bikes on the streets. According to the bureau, the city has 1.5 million sharing bikes on its streets — about one for every 16 residents. The government also demanded that the companies aggressively relocate bikes parked and scattered carelessly across the city — the rvices let customers return bikes anywhere, rather than only in designated racks.
On Aug. 5, 2017, authorities in Nanjing demanded no new bikes hit the streets. They also called for companies to obtain government licens for each of their bikes. On Aug. 3, 20
17, authorities in Guangzhou also called for bike companies to cea putting new bikes on the streets, estimating that over 800,000 are in circulation. And on July 27, 2017, authorities in Zhengzhou demanded a similar suspension, pinning the number of bikes on the streets at 390,000.
Halting the distribution of new bikes comes around the same time as China’s Ministry of Transportation published the first country-wide framework for regulating the chaotic industry. The rules stated that riders must register for rvices using their real names, that no company can offer rides to people under the age of 12, and that companies must provide insurance for riders.

2 Beijing—Hong Kong high-speed train

A new pair of 口算题卡三年级上册high-speed trains has been launched between Beijing and Hong Kong on 2
3 September 2018. Operated with train numbers G79 and G80 between Beijing West and Hong Kong West Kowloon on a daily basis, it is currently the fastest train rvice and the only high-speed train rvice between Beijing and Hong Kong, with an approximate travelling time of 9 hours.
The Beijingdnf疲劳值–Hong Kong high-speed train rvice dates back to 26 December 2012, when the Beijing–Zhengzhou ction of the Beijing–Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong high-speed rail was opened. At its opening, the rvice was between Beijing West and Guangzhou South under the numbers G79 and G82. Later on 28 December 2013, the southern terminus of the rvice was extended to Shenzhen North and the number of the Shenzhen-bound rvice was changed from G82 to G80. On 5 January 2017, the rvice was extended to Futian. With the inauguration of the Hong Kong ction of the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong high-speed rail on 23 September 2018, the southern terminus of the rvice was extended to Hong Kong West Kowloon.
