摘 要
骆驼祥子人物分析芹菜饼伴随着我国人口老龄化问题的加剧以及城市化进程的不断加快，我国家庭结构逐渐核心化，家庭规模逐渐变小，空巢家庭比例将会上升，随之而来的是，我国空巢老人的数量一直在增加，而他们首当其冲面临的就是居家养老问题。从一方面来说，随着年龄的不断增大，空巢老人们对于居家照顾的需求也在不断增加，这不仅表现在服务的空巢老年人群数量的增加，还表现在其照料需求的面不断在扩大。现阶段，随着社会经济的不断发展，空巢老人们的需求不再仅仅局限于物质生活层面的普通照料，而是扩展到休闲娱乐、精神慰藉等非物质层面的需求；空巢老人作为一种独立群体，具有一定的特殊性，他们长时间缺乏子女们的陪伴，对于休闲娱乐、社会交往、精神慰藉等方面的需求更为强烈。从另一方面来说，社会给予空巢老人们的养老服务存在着诸多不足。作为老年人群中的弱势群体，目前空巢老人群体面临着居家养老较为薄弱、社会支持供给不足的困境。因此，如何增进对空巢老人的居家养老服务、拓宽对其社会支持网络，让他们欢快地度过晚年，俨然成为社会所关注的问题。
本文主要依据笔者的实习经历，以长沙市X为例，通过开展小组工作和个案工作，为社区内的空巢老人开展居家养老服务方面的研究。本篇论文的研究，笔者将其分为五个章节进行阐述：本文的第一章绪论部分，主要介绍了本研究的选题背景、研究目的和意义、文献综述以及研究思路与方法；第二章对相关概念进行了界定，并对相关的理论基础进行了解释，为行文后的的研究设计奠定了理论基础；第三章深入分析了X社区空巢老人基本情况、居家养老服务现状，并对社会工作介入进行了必要性分析；第四章肥城市教育局
子囊则是在针对第三章的必要性分析上，从社会工作的视角，通过开展小组工作和个案工作介入到具体服务中，并详述实务的具体过程，以及对介入成效进行评估的全过
程；第五章是对前文实务开展的研究总结，并从社会工作的角度，提出了相应的对策建议。进一步呼吁社会关注空巢老人群体，以链接各方资源力量的方式，为他们解决困难，让空巢老人们安度晚年。

ABSTRACT
With an ageing population in our country and the urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly, the family structure in our country gradually core, family size became smaller, the proportion of empty nest family will ri, followed by, the number of empty nesters has been increasing in our country, and they bear the brunt of face is pension problems at home. On the one hand, with the increasing age, the needs of empty-nesters for home care are also increasing, which is not only reflected in the increa of the number of empty-nesters rved, but also in the expansion of their care needs. At the prent stage, with the continuous development of social economy, the needs of empty-nesters are no longer limited to the ordinary care of material life, but extend to the non-material needs such as entertainment and spiritual comfort. As an independent group, empty-ne
sters have certain particularity. They lack the company of their children for a long time, and they have a stronger demand for leisure, entertainment, social contact, spiritual comfort and other aspects. On the other hand, there are many deficiencies in the social pension rvices for empty-nesters. As a vulnerable group among the elderly, the empty-nesters are currently facing the dilemma of weak home-bad care and insufficient social support supply. Therefore, how to improve the home-bad care rvices for the empty-nesters, broaden the social support network for them, and let them spend their old age happily has become a problem of concern to the society.
Bad on the author's internship experience, this paper takes X in changsha city as an example to carry out rearch on home-bad care rvices for empty-nesters in the community through group work and
ca work. This rearch is mainly divided into five parts to elaborate: the first chapter of the introduction, mainly describes the rearch topic background, rearch purpo, significance, literature review and rearch ideas and methods; The cond chapter defines the relevant concepts and explains the relevant theoretical basis, which lays a theoretical foundation for the rearch design after the writing. Chapter three makes an in-depth analysis of the basic situation of empty-nesters in X community and the status quo of home-bad care rvices, and analyzes the n
ecessity of social work intervention. The fourth chapter is bad on the necessity analysis of the third chapter, from the perspective of social work, through carrying out group work and ca work to intervene in specific rvices, and details the specific process of practice, as well as the whole process of evaluating the effectiveness of intervention; The fifth chapter is the rearch summary of the above mentioned practice, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of social work. We further call on the society to pay attention to the empty-nesters and solve their difficulties in a way that links resources and forces of all parties so that empty-nesters can live a happy life in old age.
