Mech. gr. = Mechanism group (M)
1)  FS/FF values for Travelling and traversing include already the effect of reversing load
FS values are for normal operating load (motor power/normal running power)
FF values are for peak load operation. The lection must be checked always against peak load conditions.
Definitions for the contents of Load spectrum class and Class of utilization
Load spectrum class
L1 (light): Mechanisms subjected very rarely to the maximum load and, normally, to light loads
L2 (moderate): Mechanisms subjected fairly frequently to the maximum load and, normally, to rather moderate loads L3 (heavy): Mechanisms subjected frequently to the maximum load and, normally, to loads of heavy magnitude L4 (very heavy): Mechanisms subjected regularly to the maximum load
Class of utilization
T0 ... T3:Irregular u
T4:Regular light u
T5:Regular intermittent u
T6:Irregular intensive u
1.2Dimensioning of the gear units
The loads are assumed to be stationary and acting in the most unfavourable state of loading.
Vertical motions (Hoisting)
Purely vertical displacements of the centre of gravity of moving mass (hoisting motions) Safe Working Load,
SWL on the Rope Accessories like; head block, spreader, sheave block, hook, lifting beam, grab, etc.
The Safe Working Load is the maximum load (the greatest weight) that can load the gear unit during
it's total duration of u.
SWL is the maximum load appearing in the load histogram but not the peak or extreme load.
Some estimations of the mass hanging on the ropes for container cranes:驻厂
-35000 kg. Length of the container is about 40--45 feet.
-14000 kg.
-head block 3000 kg.
NOTE: the hanging mass must be agreed for every ca.
Peak load or The peak load is defined to be 1.6 x SWL if no other value is specified for overhead travelling and bridge cranes.
Extreme load The peak load is defined to be 1.3 x SWL if no other value is specified for  jib cranes and ship to shore cranes.
Load on Gear Unit SM = SWL + SMF + SMA
自制抽屉收纳盒
SM:
SM is the maximum load combination but not the peak load!
SWL is the Safe Working Load, e above.
SMF is the load corresponding to Frictional forces. SMF = 0.05 x SWL, if not specified.
SMA is the load associated with the inertia effects due to Acceleration or braking of the Safe Working Load (SWL)
Normally the acceleration of the SWL is in the range a = 1.0 m/s2. SMA = a x SWL.
SMpeak = 1.3 x SM for jib cranes and ship to shore cranes.
Horizontal motions
红米手机怎么刷机
Purely horizontal displacements in which the centre of gravity of the moving mass as a whole move horizontally
五年级小数乘除法计算题100道(traver, travel, slewing and counterbalanced luffing motions)
Peak load or The load corresponding to the maximum torque of the motor or brake is taken unless operating conditions limit Extreme load the torque actually transmitted, through wheel slip on the rails, or through the u of suitable limiting means
(hydraulic coupling, torque limiter, etc.). In this ca the value actually transmitted must be taken.
Load on Gear Unit SM = SMA + SMF + SMW
SM:
SM is the maximum load combination but not the peak load!
SMA is the load associated with the inertia effects due to Acceleration or braking of the traver, travel, slewing or luffing
motion.
SMF is the load corresponding to Frictional forces (rolling on rails, etc).
SMW is the load corresponding to the effect of the working Wind assumed for the appliance.
儿童雨靴SMpeak = the maximum torque of the motor that can allways be transmitted to the gear unit if no mechanical limitation
exists.
SMpeak = the maximum braking torque.
蔡晴川
The maximum braking torque exists as timewi 2 - 5 % of the total duration of u.
1.3Selection of the gear unit according to gearbox nominal power ratings PN1 or nominal torque ratings MN2
Selection is done according to SEW normal procedures prented in catalogues.
The meaning of parameters in this chapter are prented in catalogues.
Normal operating load (SM) situation
PN1 > PK1(SM) x FS
MN2 > MK2(SM) x FS
Peak load situation (SMpeak)
The gearbox is able to take a short time load of 2 x PN1. Therefore it is important to check the peak load
conditions.
2 x PN1 > PK1(SMpeak) x FF
2 x MN2 > MK2(SMpeak) x FF
2SELECTION AND DIMENSIONING OF MECHANICAL DRIVES ACCORDING TO THE GIVEN LOAD CASES That is to say that following definitions must be known:
Load spectrum class
L1 (light): Mechanisms subjected very rarely to the maximum load and, normally, to light loads
L2 (moderate): Mechanisms subjected fairly frequently to the maximum load and, normally, to rather moderate loads
L3 (heavy): Mechanisms subjected frequently to the maximum load and, normally, to loads of heavy magnitude
L4 (very heavy): Mechanisms subjected regularly to the maximum load
Class of utilization
T0 ... T3:Irregular u
T4:Regular light u
T5:Regular intermittent u
T6:Irregular intensive u

All the loads mentioned in item 1.2 must be defined as actual load histograms or with the help of Loa
d Spectrum Class and Class of Utilization in order to calculate equivalent loads.
宋江的主要事件Load histogram is a description of all the appearing loads as the function of duration time for each level of load.
