Dried tofu,dried sweet potato and dried vole are three delicious foods of Minxi’s Eight Dry.Introduction:
I.”China’s tofu is very tasty things, first in the world.” the famous writer QuQiubai said.II.Dried tofu is one of the famous Minxi’sEight Dry namely “Minxi Ba Da Gan”.III.“Minxi Ba Da Gan”includes Dried Tofu, Dried Sweet Potato, Dried Vole, Dried White Radish, Dried Bamboo Shoots, Dried Pork Liver, Dried Meat, Dried Mustard.(showed in ppt)

IV.I grew up with tho eight dry food, they are always on my mind when I am so far away home.V.Today I am going to introduce the first three dry foods to you.(Transition:let’s start with Dried Tofu.)

1.Dried Tofu in Changting with a long history is famous for its nutrition and various sweet tastes.a)It can be traced back to Tang Dynasty, and has a long history of 1200 years.b)Becau of Tofu’s rich nutrition, it has become a homely food in China.c)Dried Tofu has three kinds: Spiced Dried Tofu, Soy Dried Tofu, and Yellow Dried Tofu.Each of them gets a fine making and special ingredients.i.ii.Put a bowl of wine, order a plate of tofu, slowly drink and eat, enjoying the memorable flavor.No wonder many revolution soldiers during the anti-Japane war came for the
famous Dried Tofu in Changting.(Transition: If you are attracted by the spicy,salty,soy sauce taste Dried Tofu, I am sure you can’t resist the temptation of sweet Dried Potato in Liancheng either.)
2.Dried sweet potato in Liancheng which was prented to the Emperor as a tribute in Qing Dynasty is unique for its special geography and the
time-consuming work to make it delicious.a)Lianchengis a good place for the sweet potato's growth, for there is the soft and acid-ba soil.i.ii.Therefore, it keeps the nature color,tastes sweet and refreshing.In addition, it contains gluco and VitaminA,B.b)This specialty can be snacks and also the dish,even become a good prent for friends and relatives.c)My mom would prepare a bag of delicious dried sweet potato before my long journey far from home.i.The dried sweet potato made by herlf, cost her about five days and nights each
time to stew and bask, and then again stew and dry in the sun, repeating for three times.leaving both the taste of the sun and the fragrance of love in the dried sweet potato.ii.(Transition: The first two dried foods impress on my mind for their sweet flavor, while the next one I am talking about scared me at first.)
3.The dried vole in Ninghua shares a special history and it startles the audience at first and impress them after the first try.a)The vole, namely field mou is caught by the local people, becau it will damage the crops and the farmers are fed up with it.i.ii.Therefore,
to catch the vole has become a habit for a long time.However, who and when the vole was originally dried and became the dish are still九乡旅游
