开超市进货渠道Abstract:For large-size casting molds,the general extruded wire width in3D printing is2-20mm.Af­ter molding,in order to ensure the accuracy of surface size and roughness,finishing has been required. In the process of finishing,it is often found that there are holes in the product tolerable working range, especially for products with inclined structure,which affects the strength of the product and caus the product to be scrapped or need to be reworked.A FDM-style3D printing method for printing products with an inclined surface structure1〕has been put forward.By tting the skin layer and extension of the inclined surface structure,the solid area of the inclined surface structure has been incread,thereby realizing the physical printing of the inclined surface area,which avoids the appearance of holes on the inclined surface and ensures the working strength of the product〔2W.In th
is method,by tting the solid printing area of the skin layer of the product,the overall quality of the product has been guaranteed, and by tting the thickness and extension of the skin layer,the determination of two-dimensional data of the skin layer printing area on each slice of the product has been realized,which provides a bench­mark for printing.It avoids the collap of the skin during the FDM printing process,improves the quality of the inclined surface forming,and shortens the surface forming time.At the same time,due to the physical printing of the surface,the surface hole defects which occur during the finishing process due to the excessive angle of the inclined plane have been avoided.
