of nationality and other particulars
(2) Freeboard Calculation and Assignment (FCA) should be submitted to the
Administration from the Head Office in ca where a ship is assigned freeboard at the
first time under Hong Kong flag.
(3) DG Certificate (Document of Compliance)
“Document of Compliance” (Form N-DG or N-DGST) should be issued.
When a DG Document of Compliance is issued under Hong Kong Flag at the first time,
the check list (Form DG-1) should also be submitted to the Flag Administration.
(4) HBL
When HBL was approved, HO-HLD should submit a copy of the HBL manual to the
Administration.
(5) ISPP Certificate
”Certificate of Compliance” (NSPP(HNK) is to be issued.

”Statement of Compliance” (EAPP(HNK)) is to be issued.
(7) APP Certificate
”Certificate of Compliance” (NAPP(HNK) - NON-HSSC form) is to be issued.
-2. Duration of Interim Certificates
A ship is normally not allowed to navigated with interim certificate(s) longer than five
months. The expiry date of an interim certificate to be issued upon the completion of the
occasional survey to clear a recommendation should therefore not exceed five months from the date of completion of renewal survey or initial survey.
-3. Particulars of EPIRB
As particulars of a satellite EPIRB should be reported to the Administration in the following ca, the format referred to Fig.-1. should be completed and nt to HO-CLD along with the survey record;
(1) at Initial Survey for registration of the vesls to Hong Kong
(2) at SR surveys when it is found that the vesl’s satellite EPIRB was replaced.
-4. Withdrawing Invalid Statutory Certificates
Statutory Certificates issued by the Government should be returned to the Government by the owner of the ship. NK Surveyors are not allowed to retrieve such certificate.
-5. How to Fill in Certificate Forms
(1) Name of Ship相亲聊天

(2) Distinctive Numbers or Letters
(a) The official number of the ship should be ud. (Example: HK-9999)
(b) When issuance of Safety Radio certificates, the vesls Call Sign should be typed to
the right of the Distinctive Number in the column as per the example below.

(3)Port of Registry
Block letters should be ud.
1002 Required Procedure on Completion of Statutory Surveys
-1. You are requested to inform Survey Department (HO-SVD) as soon as possible when you receiv
e the application for “Initial” or “Flag Change” survey to Hong Kong register ship so that Head Office may issue the “Certificate of Survey” to Hong Kong Marine Department(HKMD).
-2. The Class NK surveyor conducting initial registration or change of flag survey should submit
a declaration to HKMD and NK Hong Kong Office by facsimile within 14 days of
completion of its survey together with List of General Concerns , certifying that the ship did not have any deficiencies listed in the attached List of General Concerns. The format for the declaration is attached herewith for your copy u. Plea refer to Class NK Instructions Part E11 for the Address of HKMD.

dnf疲劳值-3. To note that registry into Hong Kong is subject to all surveys stated by the declaration, i.e. SC, LL, SE, SR, IOPP, TM69 and Crew Accommodation. On the other word, if a part of surveys was incomplete, the declaration should not be issued. The declaration should be signed with NK stamp showing Name of surveyor and Name of Organisation. See penultimate line in Declaration Form

mission Documents to Hong Kong Marine Department (HKMD) For a ship to be registered to Hong Kong, stability information booklet, grain loading manual and cargo curing manual approved by the Society should be forward to HKMD according to the following procedures. Only a copy of front page with approval stamp should be forward. Cargo curing manual should be forward only when the Society approve it.

1004 Survey Standards and Acceptance of Material and Equipment
-1. Safety Construction Standards
Ships built for the Hong Kong Shipping Register are required to meet the requirements as contained in the International Maritime Convention such as SOLAS, MARPOL, LOAD LINE, TONNAGE etc. The construction of crew accommodation is required to meet the International Labour Organization (ILO) Standards - ILO 92. Hong Kong registered ships are now exempted from compliance with regulations in the Merchant Shipping (Safety) Regulations that are higher than the above Conventions.
-2. Materials Standards
Materials ud for the construction of the vesls need not be approved by HKMD. Materials and equipment that are approved in accordance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) speci
fications by other contracting Governments to the convention are acceptable to be ud on ships intended for the Hong Kong Shipping Register.
