A British company making a new design of high quality plastic containers suitable for u in the cosmetics industry decides to launch its product at a Trade Fair. It dos not taint the fragrance of perfumes as other plastic containers do. Offering as it does all the advantages of working with plastic, it is a new and unique product with competition only from existing glass containers. After much thought, the directors have decided that the forthcoming Cosmetics International Fair in Paris would give the product the maximum exposure and they are determined to lunch their product there.

This is not the first trade fair that you have been acquainted with, but it is the first that you have project managed. At the others there have been the information displays on pin-boards and lots of glossy brochures and trade samples on tables mounted on a dais (small stage).
