1.Logical fallacy
The arguer may be right, but he ems to have overlooked the fact that, although many people believe that I doubt(doubt) whether the argument is sufficiently analyzed (carefully examined, thought (believed / accepted) is possible(Natural / reasonable) that it is claimed (argued) that the argument should be carefully (carefully) examined (checked / carefully) Checking) will reveal how untenable (unfounded / fallacious) this argument may be, however, only (logically / reasonably / effectively) this argument may simply skip the surface of the problem.
2. Love is a Fallacy – A Recap
A university student of law studies wanted to find a smart, graceful and beautiful girl as his partner. He traded his roommate with a raccoon coat in exchange of dating his roommate’s girlfriend. The student found that the girl was graceful and beautiful, but she was not smart enough, so he decided to train her with logical thinking before beginning formal dating.

- Dicto Simpliciter: “Doing sports is good so everyone should do sports”. This proposition was not conclusive when the subjects are people with heart conditions.菩提子原籽>目鱼的做法
- Hasty Generalisation: “You cannot speak French; neither is your friend; therefore there is no one in the university who can”. It had too little evidence to support the statement.
- Post Hoc: “Do not bring him to picnic, becau if you do it will rain”. The cau of action was not correct.
- Contradictory Premis: “The omnipotent God can create a rock that God cannot lift”. It was not arguable when the premis are conflicting against each other.
- Ad Miricordiam: “The candidate responded to the question asking about his ability to work with nothing but listing his miries”. Unmatched respons were not constructive.
- Fal Analogy: “Becau surgeons refer to X-ray during operation, so students should refer to books during exams”. The comparison was fally interpreted.
- Hypothesis Contrary to Fact: “Without Madam Curie, no one will discover radium”. The assumed fact cannot initiate a strong argument.

Poisoning the Well: People cannot start a rational argument by calling the opponent a liar.

跳槽的理由- the student then said, the girl would not identify his words to be fallacies without his training. The girl said it was Hypothesis Contrary to Fact, becau it was an assumed fact.
- the student said it was only a training of logic, and it was not life. The girl said it was a Dicto Simpliciter.
- when the student learnt that the girl had agreed to date his roommate, he called his roommate a liar; the girl immediate pointed out it was Poisoning the Well.
