I took this cour in my cond year at university. My major was physics, but all science students had to take English literature, English composition, and veral non-science optional cours to complete their programs. (This paragraph defines when this cour was taken, and why I had to take it)

Philosophy 101 was a two-mester cour. In the first mester, various philosophical problems of the western world were introduced and discusd. The topic included the interp
retation of reality, the mind and body problem, and the problem of god. The cond mester was on the philosophy of science.I love the cour becau it opened my mind to vistas I have never dreamed of. The enjoyment of the cour was further enhanced by a very eloquent professor who expounded the intricacies of philosophy clearly and interestingly with relish and enthusiasm. Indeed, his zest for the subject was catching, and I fell in love with philosophy immediately and is infatuated with it ever since. My view of the world around us would never be the same. You can say that a revolutionary change has taken place in the way I think and look at things.
The cond part of the cour is especially enjoyable becau it dealt with the philosophic interpretation of the Special Theory of Relativity, Quantum Mechanics and how man interprets nature. Hitherto that date, science was nothing but facts and figures to me, but in this cour we were taught to look beyond all that. My life was forever changed by taking this cour.

my favorite class at school is pe class.we have it twice a week in the afernoons.i really look forward to it,becau after veral hours of studying hard,i need a break from the books.therefore,i cant wait to get out the classroom and head for the gym.
we always start off with stretching becau its important to warm up.then we do some jumping jacks and other exercis before jogging around the track.after that the real fun begins.we divide up into teams and compete at different sports.basketball and dodge ball
are my favorite games.theres no pressure to win.we just have fun while strengthening our bodies.thats why i like pe class so much.

First, unlike other class, spoken English class is free to talk. In the class, we can talk any topic, it is no need to sit silently, the aim of the class is to speak, students are encouraged to give their ideas freely. The students and the teacher give reaction to each other, we will not be sleepy easily.

Second, as the class is much free to talk, students won’t feel embarrasd when they are making mistakes. When we are having other class, we need to answer the teachers’ questions, if we give the wrong answer, we will feel dismay, but in the spoken English class is different, the more we say, the better, becau practice means perfect, no one will laugh at the mistake.
