Residual Tank
The paint ud in tank coating is ‘Interline 704’ from IP.
本船需特涂的部位是:NO.1 C.O.T. (P/S) NO.2 C.O.T. (P/S) NO.3 C.O.T. (P/S) NO.4 C.O.T. (P/S) NO.5 C.O.T. (P/S) SLOP TANK (P/S) RESIDUAL TK.共13个舱。所用的油漆是“国际涂料”Interline 704。
1.S关于蝉的成语taging
脚手架要求
1)The staging planks to be mesh carbon steel. The open ends of tubular parts of staging and pipes must be capped to avoid slag embedded.
脚手架吊板为钢质网状。脚手架钢管末端应封堵,以免砂尘积留。
2)The height between each staging level shall be 1800mm-2000mm, and the width of staging walkway shall be more than 600mm. The distance between staging border and bulkhead shall be 300 mm. The distance between two planks at same level shall be 30mm.
上课要求脚手架每层高度为1800mm~2000mm;走道宽度为600mm 以上,脚手架的边线与舱壁间的距离为300mm,吊板与吊板之间的间隙为30mm。
3)The amount of planks and staging pipes to be needed in each tanks shall be calculated first, and a part of them had to be laid inside tank before erection.
吊板及脚手架钢管所需要的各种规格及数量应事先计算好,在分段合拢前部份预置在舱内。
4)The permanent stainless steel supported footing of staging to be welded on slope area in advance where the stage to be fitted.
为了使脚手架能搭设在舱内的斜坡区域,在斜坡区域应事先焊接永久性不锈钢脚码。
5)The staging must be approved by yard safety department, owner and painting manufacturer before to be ud.
搭设后的脚手架应经过厂安全部门和船东、油漆商技术代表检查后方可使用。
6)Staging should not result in failure of ventilation system. The damages of paint film to be avoided during de-staging.
脚手架的搭设应是不会导致通风系统失效;在拆除脚手架时,应避免对漆膜造成破坏。
2.Lighting
照明
1)Flood light to be arranged in each tank for sand blasting and can not be moved casually. The damaged light had to be changed whenever necessary in order to get the good illumination.
喷砂时舱内照明应设置泛光灯,安装后不得随意移动,并随时更换已损环的灯管,以保证施工现场各部位的照明度。
2)The non-explosive light must be ud during paint application.
喷漆开始后使用的灯具应是防爆型灯具。
3)Potable spot lights to nba个人总得分榜be ud during sand blasting, paint application and inspection.
喷砂、喷漆、检查时应配备便携式聚光灯。
3.Steel treatment
钢材结构处理要求
The steel surface treatment to be detailed in appendix 1. Other requirements to be as follows:
特涂前钢材表面处理要求详见(附件一),其它内容如下:
1)Water: to be rubbed dry with rag or blowed dry by compress air.
水分:用抹布擦干,或用压缩空气吹干。营销计划书
2)Grea: to be removed by detergent or thinner.
油污:用洗涤剂清洗或用溶剂擦洗。
3)Mud, dust: to be removed by vacuum cleaner.
泥污、杂质:用吸尘器清除。
4)Marks: to be removed by sand blasting. (Except for marks made by special purpo-designed pens)
划线记号:喷砂清除。(除用特涂专用笔的划线记号)
5)Salt (if any): to be washed by fresh water.
盐类(如果有);用淡水清洗干净。
6)Other contamination: to be removed.
其他杂物:清除。
4.The condition before sand blasting
喷砂前应具备的条件
1)The hot work and leak test in coated tanks and their adjacent areas shall be complete and approved by owner and surveyor. Bad on the consideration of the vesl-constructive progress, the sand blasting and painting can be carried out after one of the cargo oil tanks to be accepted, not only after all the tanks to be accepted. It is required that the application for cargo oil tanks to be carried out uninterruptedly.
被涂舱的周围烧焊工作及气密试验应全部结束,并被船东、船检验收合格。在考虑到工程进度的情况下,可不必等到所有货油舱相邻舱室都完工后,再开始喷砂和涂漆。但是必须具备能够连续进行特涂作业的条件,防止特涂工作中断。
2)All the outfittings not to be coated实习方案 to be sheltered with rubber or plastic plate, such as cargo oil pipes, cargo oil pumps, stainless steel pipes, inside ladder/steps, supports… to avoid the damages/contamination by sand blasting or painting.
所有的不涂漆的舾装件,一律用橡胶皮或塑料布包好,例如:已地涂的货油管,货油泵,不锈钢管系,货油舱内梯子踏步及支架等,以防止喷砂损坏和涂漆时污染。
3)The rain protection shields must be fitted above the hatch comings and exhaust pipes of the cargo oil tanks.
货油舱的舱口及排气口的上方,必须搭设防雨棚。
4)During paint application and curing in cargo oil tanks, hot works to be inhibited in either coating tanks or its adjacent compartments in order to guarantee the safety of paint coating. The hot works 洞顶乌龙茶on front external wall of superstructure, front wall of engine room and in pump room to be strictly inhibited while painting in SLOP TANK and Residual Tank (P/S) .
货油舱喷涂及固化期间,不但本舱内不得动火,其相邻的舱室也不得动火,以确保安全。当污油舱和油渣舱(P/S)喷涂时,上建外部前壁、机舱前壁及泵舱内一律严禁动火。
