摘要：PURPOSE:To permit measurement of low-concn. calcium ion by immobilizing Aqueline onto the surface of an amorphous silicon film covering the electrode part on an insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:The Aqueline is immobilized via a silane coupling agent and dialdehyde onto the surface of the amorphous silicon film covering the electrode part on the insulating substrate. The amorphous silicon film is formed by a CVD method from a gaous SiH4-H2 mixture. Immobilization of the Aqueline is executed by bringing the silane coupling agent, dialdehyde compd. and Aqueline successively into reaction with the amorphous silicon film. Measurement of the low-concn. calcium ion is thereby permitted.
