Comparative study on enhancement efficiency of T 1 quick3D and T 1 FSE quences of 1.5T MR for pelvic muscle/ZHANG Zhong-yuan, FANG Xin, WEI Chao, et al//China Medical Equipment,2020,17(7):59-62.
[Abstract] Objective: T o explore the enhancement efficiency of T 1 fast spin echo (T 1 FSE) and three-dimensional volume interpolation fast scrambling pha quence (T 1quick 3D) quences of 1.5T magnetic resonance (MR) on pelvic muscle and compare signal to noi ratio (SNR) and contrast noi ratio (CNR) of pelvic muscle post enhancement, so as to lect the optimal enhancement quences of soft tissue. Methods : 120 patients who underwent MR enhancement on pelvic cavity were lected. And they were divided into T 1 quick3D group (60 cas) and T 1FSE group (60 cas) according to the random number table. And T 1 quick3D group received T 1 quick3D group quence enhancement and T 1 FSE group adopted T 1 FSE quence enhancement scan, respectively. The SNR and CNR of the images of two groups at venous pha were measured by adopting region of interest (ROI) with same size. And the enhancement efficiencies of two kinds of quences on pelvic muscle were analyzed and compared. Results: Both two groups had well cooperation, and the successful rates of the enhancement of two kinds of quences were 100%. The results of SNR of the images of T 1 FSE quence and T 1 quick3D q
uence on gluteus maximus of pelvic cavity were 134.31±7.53 and 109.87±6.65, respectively, and the SNR of T 1FSE group was significantly higher than that of T 1 quick3D group (t =18.84, P <0.05). The results of CNR of gluteus maximus of pelvic cavity of the images of T 1 FSE quence and T 1 quick3D quence were 82.51±8.83 and 89.18±8.09, respectively, and the CNR of T 1 FSE group was significantly lower than that of T 1 quick 3D group (t =4.31, P <0.05). Conclusion: When the muscle of pelvic cavity undergoes enhancement scan with the two kinds of quences, both of them can obtain the images quality that satisfies the clinical requirement. The T 1quick 3D enhanced scan has no interlayer spacing, and its scan time only 35s, and it has faster acquisition speed, and it is contributive to implement 3D reconstruction. It is suitable for patients who cannot coordinate with the scan, and it is an important supplement to T 1 FSE enhanced quence.
