To Get Along with People
In any community, big or small, everyone lives in a network of communication with others. As a result, misunderstanding, unhappiness, and even conflict occur now and then.
Under such circumstances, different people may give different respons. Some may pretend to be blind to the conflict, hoping not to make the situation wor. However, the unsolved matter will probably lead to more rious conquence. Others may exaggerate it by flying into a rage to quarrel with others, which often bears the ed of hostility.
As far as I am concerned, both parties, when conflict occurs, need to calm down, and then earnestly exchange their mind, drawing a clear picture of what has been going on between them. As long as they become informed of each other’s intention, I believe conflict will thus be solved
