CONSTITUTION:The first display control means 46a and the cond display control means 46b are provided. The first display control means 46 a displays manufactures number in desired areas, which are compod in accordance with composition information stored in a layout information storage means 45, on a display means 44. The cond display control means 46b interprets composition information stored in the layout information storage means 45 and manufactures number and reduces or enlarges a ries of desired manufactures image data, which are stored in a manufactures image data storage means 42, to a desired size and displays them. A picture output means 47 reduces or enlarges the displayed layout image to a desired size in accordance with the output command of an input means 43 and outputs it. Thus, the process time required for design is shortened considerably, and manufacture image data of the catalog are managed with a good reproducibility becau they are registered.
