I do not like teamwork in most time.Becau I think it is hard for the whole team to hold the same view.It is a waste of time to argue with each other then make a compromi.But recently I have really en the great power of teamwork.Last week we had a play competition.Becau of some reasons, we had not decided the play two days before the competition.Our monitor called the actors and actress who had been decided together.Then they think about every plot together.To my surpri, it emed that everybody had his or her good idea.They gave up their weekend to practice the play.Finally our team won good marks and were given the opportunity to participate in the final competition.Teamwork is really powerful.No matter learning in school or working in the future, we have to work in a team sometimes.So, try to establish the spirit of teamwork.It will surely help you achieve success.
