I/We further agree to be fully responsible for any acts or omissions of the Authorized Person and to keep TFS, TFF and/or TFB fully indemnified against all loss or damages which TFS, TFF and/or TFB may suffer or incur as a result of such acts or omissions.
I/We declare that this authorization shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 12 months from
the effective date of this Authorization Letter or until a written notice of revoking this Authorization Letter has been received by TFS, TFF and/or TFB from me/us, whichever is earlier. I/We hereby undertake, upon demand of TFS, TFF and/or TFB from time to time and at all times within such period of time to ratify and confirm any instructions whatsoever given or purported to be given by the Authorized Person for and on my/our behalf.
I/We understand and agree that this authorization shall be deemed to be renewed on a continuing basis without my/our written connt if TFS, TFF and/or TFB issue me/us a written reminder at least 14 days prior to the expiry date of the relevant authority, and I/we do not object to such deemed renewal before such expiry date.
I/We acknowledge and connt TFS, TFF and/or TFB to charge a handling fee of HK$100 per year as shown above to my/our account(s) respectively upon its/their approval and acceptance.
In the event of any difference in interpretation or meaning between the Chine and English versions of this Authorization Letter, I/we and TFS, TFF and/or TFB agree that the English version shall prevail.

本人/吾等进一步同意对获授权人之作为或不作为负全责，并就大福证券、大福期货及/或大福金业可
能因此蒙受或承担之损失或损害，作出全数弥偿。
本人/吾等声明，直至本授权书生效日起十二个月届满或大福证券、大福期货及/或大福金业收到本人/吾等撤销本授权书之书面通知为止，以较早者为准，本授权书将继续具有全面法律效力和作用。本人/吾等特此承诺，应大福证券、大福期货及/或大福金业在此段时间不时及在任何时侯提出之要求，追认及确认获授权人为及代本人/吾等发出或看似由获授权人为及代本人/吾等发出之任何指示。
本人/吾等明白及同意大福证券、大福期货及/或大福金业若在本授权的有效期届满14日之前，向本人/吾等发出书面通知，提醒本人/吾等有关的授权即将届满，而本人/吾等没有在该等授权届满前反对该等授权续期，本授权应当作在不需要本人/吾等的书面同意下按持续的基准已被续期。
本人/吾等明白及同意大福证券、大福期货及/或大福金业在批核及接纳本授权书后，于本人/吾等户口如上所示每年分别收取手续费港币$100元正。 倘若本授权书的中文本与英文本在解释或意义方面有任何歧义，本人/吾等和大福证券、大福期货及/或大福金业同意应以英文本为准。
