5.Requirements 需求
5.1 Design of facings 切面的设计
Gaskets shall be ud with weld-neck flanges of the same nominal pressure rating as the gasket and complying with DIN EN 1092 – 1, DIN 2627, DIN 2628, DIN 2629 or DIN 2638, u of other flanges of equivalent design being permitted.
透镜垫将按照DIN EN 1092 – 1, DIN 2627, DIN 2628, DIN 2629 or DIN 2638,被应用于与透镜垫同样等级压力的法兰焊接部分,也可用于其他类似法兰的设计。
Flange facings shall be tapered so that they form an included angle of 140o when flanges are asmbled.

NOTE:To obtain a greater deformability of gasket facings, gasket material should have a hardness value lower than that of the flange material. This cannot be ensured when gaskets and flanges are made from the same material, but experience has shown that even in this ca the plastic deformation of the gasket is considerably greater than that of the facing.
