协助座椅工程师根据产品开发进程要求，按时保质地进行产品开发
负责结构设计和构造设计或材料及外饰织布和皮层设计开发
尊法学法守法用法协助制定设计方案。力求在保证功能、外观要求的情况下成本最低；
完成产品数据、图纸和材料清单（BOM）表等工程技术文件
协助处理客户提出的问题并参与解决；
负责协调样品制造，客户交样和文件准备；
与供应商和部门工厂联系，提供技术支持。
三年以上汽车座椅开发经验； 熟练使用CATIA、office软件； 熟练的英文听说读写能力 良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正； 汽车行业经验优先
Responsibilities:病入膏肓
According to the requirements of products development process, support the team leader to finish the design and development issues of automotive at projects
Responsible for Structure design & Form design or Material Seat Cowl design and development & Seat Webbing design
Strive to ensure the lowest cost of function under the condition of cosmetic requirements;
Complete product data drawings and bill of materials (BOM) table engineering technical documents;
Assist to handle customer questions and participate in the solution;
Responsible for coordinating the sample making, customer pay the sample and documents preparation;
Contact with suppliers and factories, to provide technical support.
Requirements:

车身开闭件工程师/Body Closure Engineer
1.设计并发布车身开闭钣金件; 2.构建问题的跟踪和根源;3.APQ支持；
4. 能够领导和协调跨功能团队；
任职要求：
1.掌握基本的计算机技能，熟悉 Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Project；
2.能根据不同的性能和工艺的可行性选择正确的材料；
3.了解冲压/焊接/装配线工艺上的主要限制;4.了解冲压/焊接/装配线的指导方针和标准；
5.精通UG NX, UG Teamcenter, QCHECKER, DMU impact & collision;
6.了解GD&T；7.3 - 5年钣金件设计和产品发布的经验;
8.工程专业本科学位，最好是硕士或博士学位；9.最好有工厂制造生产的经验；
10.会使用CAD软件，APQ支持；11.英语6级；

白车身工程师/BIW Engineer
1. 白车身Z1部分后地板和主地板的焊接；2. Z2部分主线的焊接；
3. Z3的外装件焊接和测量；4. 负责焊接技术和设备；
5. 负责PFEMA/CP(控制计划）/白车身技术要求/工艺标准和关键工位文件。

任职资格:
1. 具有良好的白车身概念的知识；
2. 有良好的白车身（电子焊接点，弧焊，激光焊接等）的装配解决方案方面的知识；
3. 熟悉所有的白车身过程，包括电阻焊接、卷边、胶粘等；4. 熟悉产品定义工艺限制；
5. 熟悉夹具、输送机等概念，这些设备将应用于白车身；
6. 熟悉设备组件，例如气缸，马达，夹具等；
7. 熟悉白车身和人机工程学方面的几何质量要求；

27. 5年以上的汽车研发和生产工作经验，在相同或类似专业有较长经验；
28. 本科以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化或车辆工程等相关专业；

2. Have good knowledge of all of asmbly solution in BIW (Electrical welding spot, Arc welding, lar welding, etc.);

4. Familiar with the process limit for product definition;
5. Familiar with the conception of fixture, conveyor, etc., the equipment which will be applied in BIW;
6. Familiar with the component of the equipment, for example cylinder, motor, clamp, etc.;
7. Familiar with Geometric quality requirement in BIW and also Ergonomie requirement;
8. Familiar with mechanical and equipment design rules in BIW;
