Chemical materials incoming inspection procedures
1．Purpo
Through the inspection of chemical materials,we ensure the products meeting the technical and customers’requirements.
2．Scope
This standard applies to the test of company’s chemical material.
3．Sampling methods
Sample should be tested according to the normal single GB2828 and sampling plan implemented Ⅰ level.

4.1Mark: packaging should indicate the product name, trademark, product standard number, net weight, type, batch, grade and manufacturer name.
4.2Packing: packed in bags and aling should be complete, no damage, no pollution.
4.3Net weight: the weight should comply with the logo;
4.4Chemical material shall be accompanied by corresponding guarantee of quality, certificate of approval or inspection report.
5． Visual inspection for chemical materials
5.1材料名称：天然胶
正统派
外观要求：不允许有湿胶、吸水发白胶、熏烟不透胶、夹生胶和肉眼可见的不完全干透胶。允许在交货时发现有轻微的胶锈，以及在包皮上、胶包表面和内部胶片有少量的干霉。如胶包上出现有明显程度的胶锈或干霉者，不允许有超过抽取大样胶包数的10%。允许有实物标准样本所示程度的轻微色泽深浅的差异、小气泡和小树皮屑点。不允许有氧化斑点或条痕、弱胶、过热胶、熏烟不透胶、不透明和烧焦胶片。所交货物必须是干燥、清洁、强韧、坚实的橡胶，而且没有缺陷、火泡、砂砾、污秽包装何任何其他外来物质。
检验时，应有明亮的光源，以便透视胶片内部的缺陷。

5.2材料名称：橡胶硫化剂、配合剂
外观要求：颜色单一，粒度均匀，无机械杂质，包装袋及封口应完整，无破损、无污染，无受潮现象。
5.3材料名称：硅胶混炼胶
外观要求：白色半透明，包装袋完整，无破损、无污染，无受潮现象。
5.4材料名称：轻质碳酸钙
外观要求：白色粉末，无杂质，手握后不结团，包装袋及封口应完整，无破损、无污染，无受潮现象。
5.5材料名称：炭黑
外观要求：黑色颗粒，无杂质，包装袋及封口应完整，无破损、无污染，无受潮现象。
5.6材料名称：机油、石蜡油、白油
外观要求：颜色均匀，透明度高，无杂质，无污染，无分层现象。
5.7材料名称：乙丙胶
外观要求：颜色均匀，透明度高，无杂质，无污染。
5.8材料名称：聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂
外观要求：白色颗粒，无机械杂质，包装袋及封口应完整，无破损、无污染，无受潮现象。
5.9材料名称：粘合剂
外观要求：颜色均匀，刘心如包装及封口应完整，无杂质，无结块、无污染，无分层现象。
5.10如需对某种物料的理化性能进行检测，可根据相关产品要求进行。其余试产用新物料可参照进行
6．Becau of the change of production process and products need to do the requireme
nts of the corresponding change, to the latest production requirements, sample shall prevail.
7. After the inspection of materials,they are allowed into the warehousing formalities, upon examination unqualified materials are dealt according to "nonconforming product control procedures"
