摘要:The chemical structure of agar fractions obtained from Gracilaria compressa, G. cervicornis, G. damaecornis and G. domingensis with a quential solvent extraction has been determined by 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Gracilaria compressa agar consists of agarobio, pyruvated agarobio and a lo足球素材
w concentration of 6-Omethylated agarobio repeating units; G. cervicornis and G. domingensis agars are compod of 6-O-methylated agarobio, agarobio-6-sulfate, agarobio, and a repeating unit with 4-O-methyl-α-L-galacto; finally, G. damaecornis agar is made of the same repeating units of the latter agars plus agarobio-4-sulfate.
