摘要：PURPOSE:To form a high accuracy pattern of a vapor deposited film by a simple procedure by sticking a shield piece to the surface of a substrate, forming an oil film on the whole surface of the substrate, stripping the piece, and vapor- depositing a metal on the expod surface. CONSTITUTION:A shield piece 2 corresponding to a desired vapor deposition pattern is stuck to the surface 11 of a substrate 1, and an oil film 3 of a prescribed thickness is formed on the whole surface 11 of the substrate 1 having the stuck piece 2. The piece 2 is then stripped to expo a surface 4 to be subjected to vapor deposition, and a vaporized metal 6 from a vapor depositing source 5 is deposited on the whole surface 11 of the substrate 1. Finally, the oil film 3 is wiped off. A vapor deposited film 7 having the prescribed pattern is accurately formed on the surface 11 of the substrate 1.
