一、TUV南德意志集团概况
TUV是“德国技术监督协会（Technischen Uberwachungs-Vereine）”的德文缩写。其历史最早可以追溯到1867年，当时称为“巴伐利亚蒸汽锅炉监督协会”，成立这一协会的目的是为了监督检验蒸汽锅炉的操作和运行，防止锅炉爆炸。在德国有好多个TUV认证机构，本文介绍的是TUV南德意志集团的认证情况及其标志。

TUV产品服务有限公司主要从事医疗器械、电器设备等产品的认证服务。它是欧盟指定的医疗器械等产
品认证的公告机构，其公告代号为0123。
