浅论科研人员在科研活动中的诚信原则

【摘 要】科研诚信是科技创新的重要基础，是广大科研工作者应该遵循的基本的行为准则，是人类社会诚信准则在科研活动中的具体体现。我国科研诚信建设取得了显著成效，但整体上仍存在短板和薄弱环节，违背科研诚信要求的行为时有发生。科研人员在科研活动中的不同阶段，具有不同的身份和角色定位。作为项目申请人、项目评议人和项目执行人等不同的角色，应该遵循不同的科研诚信原则。

Significant achievements have been made in the construction of scientific rearch integrity in China， but there are still shortcomings and weak links on the whole， violating the requirements of scientific rearch integrity from time to time. Rearchers have different identities and roles in different stages of scientific rearch activities. Different roles as project applicants， project reviewers and project executors should follow different principles of scientific rearch integrity.
