摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply protection circuit that allows downsizing the circuit while performing protection at the rever connection of a DC power supply and prevention of a rush current at the time of power-on of the DC power supply.SOLUTION: A power-supply protection circuit includes: a capacitor 3 connected to a plus-side terminal of a DC power supply 1; a resistor 4 connected in ries to the capacitor 3; a MOSFET 5 connected in parallel to the resistor 4; a MOSFET 6 connected between a minus-side terminal of the DC power supply 1 and the resistor 4; and a drive control ction 21 for ON/OFF controlling the MOSFET 5 and the MOSFET 6 by receiving supply of power from the DC power supply 1.建筑拆除
