3, 用形容词比较级+ than 进行两者的比较

注意：为了避免重复，在than 后常接the one ,that , tho 来替代前面出现过的名词。其中，the one , 替代可数名词的单数形式，the ones 或tho 替代可数名词复数形式，that替代不可数名词。
The weather in Beijing is colder than that in Guangzhou in winter .
4,强调比较级的程度时，形容词的比较级前可用much ,far , lot , still , no , a little ,even , a bit, far, rather ,any 等来修饰。

Older常用于比较的句型中，意为“较老的，较旧的，年纪较大的”，
