天猫推广摘要：PURPOSE:To increa the signal propagation speed by arranging signal conductors and power supplying and/or grounding conductors within a carrier board such that the signal conductors do not pass across a capacitor ction while only the power supplying and/or grounding conductors pass across the capacitor ction. CONSTITUTION:A carrier board 1 has a capacitor 3 within a ceramic insulating material layer 2 and the capacitor 3 consists of a dielectric 4 and electrodes 5. A plurality of power supplying conductors 6 piece the insulating material layer 2 through the place where the capacitor 3 is arranged. The conductors 6 are in direct contact with the dielectric 4 of the capacitor 3 and connected with the electrodes 5. On the other hand, signal conductors 7 are pasd through the insulating material layer 2, excluding the place where the capacitor 3 is arranged. Thus, the power supplying and/or grounding conductors form a group while the signal conductors form a parate group and they are arranged within the ceramics body all together. Accordingly, the signal propagation speed can be incread substantially.
