摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance the flow of a material passing through an extruder head.
SOLUTION: The extruder head 12 is ud when at least one strip of a polymer material is formed. The extruder head 12 includes a flow channel 14 having a flow entrance end part 16 and a flow exit end part 18. The flow dividers 40, 42 are detachably fixed inside the flow channel 14 of the extruder head 12. The flow dividers 40, 42 are firmly held at a prescribed position in the flow channel 14 by a fixing mechanism 46. The detachment and the changes of the shape and the outer shape of the flow divider can be easily executed as the need for realizing a desired speed profile of the polymer material flow at the flow exit end part 18 of the flow channel 14 aris.
