6. Importance of Cultural Awareness

A: About whether a good manager can also be a good leader. What do you think?
B: that depends. Indeed, the skills to be a leader or a manager are not exclusive in nature. A leader who only displays leadership skills will be ineffective when it comes to the detail things such as scheduling employee vacation time. Similarly, a manager who spends all his/her time completing paperwork and reading reports; only creates more problems becau they lack a developing relationship with their employees.
