招聘中信息不对称的博弈分析

委托代理人证明【摘 要】在企业人力资源管理工作中,招聘工作是一项难度很大的工作,其中信息不对称是影响招聘最为重要的因素。由于信息不对称的存在使招聘过程中产生两大问题即逆向选择和道德风险。解决这两大问题要从信息不对称的成因入手,对企业与招聘者之间的欺骗行为、欺骗期望进行博弈,找出解决问题的各种可行性措施。首先,采用更加有效的招聘技术和方法;其次,应该建立激励机制以规避道德风险;最后,全员参与诚信建设,订单模式培养定向人员等,去规避招聘中信息不对称的问题,从而使企业招聘到合适的人才,创造更高的效益。

Abstract: Recruitment is a difficult task. In the process of the recruitment, information asymmetry is an important factor. Becau of asymmetric information, two major problems appeared which is adver lection and moral hazard. There have four possible measures to solve the problem bad on game theory starting from the information asymmetry. Firstly, more effective recruitment methods should be adopted. Secondly, there should be incentives to avoid moral hazard and should make performance appraisal and salary administration.
