head office 101, a cleaning process management unit 100, and a customer 30 are connected to each other by a communication line 4 using an external communication network such as the Internet line. The information management head office 101 includes a data rver 1, a productivity DB 2, a customer card DB 3, and a work schedule DB 19. The data rver 1 includes a control unit 18, a productivity DB storage unit 17, a productivity DB arching unit 12, a customer card DB arching unit 13, an electronic customer card recording unit 14, a work schedule recording unit 15, and an SNS connection unit 16. The productivity DB 2 stores working hours required for each person in charge of work for each type of cleaning work, and the work schedule DB 19 has work schedules already allocated to respective persons in charge of work registered therein.
