By the time the blood-alcohol level reaches 0.2 percent----the level of most drunk drivers who are not permitted----the risk of an accident is 100 times that of the nondrinking driver.

The United States is truly the “Land of Credit Card”. Americans u credit cards to buy almost everything. The u of credit cards has many important advantages. Th
e u of cash is limited to the smallest amount; so, less money is stolen. People can carry their credit cards and u them instead of making withdrawals of cash from their accounts. People can also place orders for purchas by phone and pay by giving their credit card number. This is easier and faster than paying by check.
However, the u of credit cards also troubles many Americans. If a credit card owner does not pay all of the money that he owes at the end of the month, he is really borrowing the money. Until he repays all of it, the rate of interest, often about 20 percent, is very high, becau no payment is needed until one month after the purcha. Many Americans have troubles in limiting their purchas. When the bills finally arrive, they e that they do not have enough money. The result is high interest payments.
