现代企业必须牢固树立人本管理的理念,才能在人才竞争的市场上占据上风,进而取得经济竞争的优势。人本管理是现代企业管理理论的主要内容之一,其核心思想是“尊重人、关心人、实现人的价值”。在以知识为显著特征的新经济时代,人是知识的承载体,因此人本管理是企业激活整体竞争力的法宝。本文阐述了企业人本管理的理论内涵、具体内容及其实际意义,将为丰富现代管理理论和提高企业的管理效益提供有价值的材料。在当代,以人为本的管理思想受到了前所未有的重视,人们普遍认识到,管理的关键在人,在于如何调动员工的积极性,发挥人的最大潜能。广大的意思

在我国企业管理实践中,人们也逐步认识到树立以人为本的管理理念的重要性,企业员工关系管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,影响着企业业绩。本文以比亚迪为例,旨在揭开我国企业中员工关系存在的问题,提出解决问题的一些建议和措施,希望可以帮助我国的企业改善员工关系,留住人才,以更好地发展企业。

Abstract The modern enterpri must firmly establish the concept of human management of this order in the talent competition on the market prevail, and thus achieve economic c
ompetitive advantage.human management is one of the main elements in the modern enterpri management theory, the core idea is “respects the human, care the human, realizes person's value”.In the new economic age, knowledge is important, knowledge relies on the people, so people management is the activation of the overall competitiveness of the magic.This article told that human management of the enterpri theory of its practical significance, rich in modern management theory, will improve the management efficiency and provide valuable material.[1] In modern times, people pay more attention to human management of the management theory.People recognize that the key management people, is how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and realization of human potential.In China , people gradually realize that foster people-oriented management philosophy is important in business management practice.Employee relationship management to human resources management as an important part, the all affect the business earnings.In this paper, Opened in China's enterpris by employee relations problems in the ca of BYD, put forward some suggestions to solve the problem and measures, I hope it can help Chine enterpris t
