为你点赞为了实现提高PDC钻头设计效率的目标,本文在熟悉SolidWorks2006功能和有关模块的基础上,研究了相应计算机辅助设计的原理和实现方法,提出了基于SolidWorks2006软件平台开发PDC钻头三维设计系统的方案和实现方法。系统采用Visual Basic 6.0开发工具和基于动态链接库 (*.d11文件)的开发方式。(1)根据PDC钻头的结构特点,建立了描述PDC钻头几何结构的复合坐标系统,建立了PDC钻头的剖面形状设计模型,给出了合理的布齿设计方法。(2)针对PDC钻头的结构特点对PDC 钻头进行了结构分割。分别对钻头体、刀翼、切削齿、钻头冠部进行了三维造型,而且所建模型均是可变参数驱动的模型。在SolidWorks装配环境下对所建模型进行了装配,完成了PDC钻头的三维造型。(3)探讨了用Visual Basic对SolidWorks进行二次开发的方法,分别对SolidWorks文件的建立、打开、保存,链接数据库,创建插件,增加工具条等功能进行了研究,实现了与前面所建可变参数驱动的PDC钻头模型的对接,完成了通过设计计算驱动模型的过程。(4)开发了以SolidWorks三维设计软件为平台的PDC 钻头三维设计软件。软件包括文件管理、钻头体设计、刀翼设计、切削齿设计、钻头冠部设计、报告输出等功能模块。本次设计不但开发了标准的EXE程序,同时为了使用方便,又将

工程加以改进,为SolidWorks开发了菜单插件,既DLL程序。生成SolidWorks 插件,将各模块的界面挂在SolidWorks 软件的主菜单上。(5)根据西峰区块的岩性特点,设计了适合定向井钻进的四刀翼PDC钻头,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract
In order to reach the goal of improving PDC bit design efficiency, this thsis has studied the principle of corresponding CAD and implementation method on the basis of SolidWorks 2006 function and module, has put forward the systematic scheme and implementation method of PDC bit three-dimension designing system bad on SolidWorks 2006 software platform. The system adopts Visua
l Basic 6.0 developing instrument and development way which ba on chaining the storehou dynamically (*. dll file). (1)According to the PDC bit structural characteristic, this thesis has t up the compound coordinate system of describing the geometirc structure of PDC bit, has t up the ctional form design model of PDC bit, has provided the rational cloth tooth parameter design method. (2)This thesis has cut apart the structure of PDC bit to the PDC bit structural characteristic, has carried on the three-dimensional model to body of bit, blade, cogging parately, bit crown and the models built are the models that the variable parameter is driven. This thesis has asmbled the models built under the circumstances that SolidWorks asmbled the environment, has finished the PDC bit three-dimensional model.(3)This thesis has recommended carrying on the redevelopment method to SolidWorks with Visual Basic, to the tting-up, opening, keeping of SolidWorks files parately, chain the databa, establish plug-in package, has incread functions such as the tool bar,etc. and carried on rearch, has realized the interface of PDC bit model that variable parameter drives built with the front,has finished calculating and driving the cour of the model through designing.(4)This thesis has developed and designed the software to design for PDC bit three-dimension of the platform with SolidWorks three-dimension software. The software includes file management, bit body design, blade design, cut tooth design, bit crown design etc..The design has developed standard EXE
