摘要：A food cooking oven for u in commercial and mass-catering foodrvice applications, compris a cooking cavity (1), a boiler (2) containing a mass of water and provided with heating means (3) for generating a flow of steam to be delivered into the cooking cavity (1), a supply conduit (4) for letting a stream of water to be heated into the boiler (3). The oven further compris an electrolytic cell (5) connected in ries to said supply conduit (4) and adapted to produce zinc ions that are eluted and disperd in the water bath contained in said cell. Such cell is substantially comprid of an outer metal casing featuring a aled construction, and forming a first electrode, and a zinc electrode located inside said outer casing.
