摘要：PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by suppressing the destuffing jitter generated in output data at the time of destuffing processing with one byte as the unit and coping with even the destuffing processing which continuously occurs. CONSTITUTION:A destuff holding counter 2 counts destuff information bad on a destuff control signal 83 and holds the counted result. A distributed omission generating circuit 3 distributedly omits a clock signal synchronized with a reception clock signal bad on the counted result other than '0' of the destuff holding counter 2 to generate a distributedly omitted clock signal. A pha comparator 5 compares the pha of the distributedly omitted clock signal and that of a read clock signal with each other and gives a control voltage to a voltage controlled oscillator 7. The destuff holding counter 2 is decremented by the start of operation of the distributed omission generating circuit 3.
