一、前言
1. Foreword
本系列产品主要用于火电厂等部门的灰库灰斗下部作喷水湿式搅拌及输送粉状物料用。该产品用二根螺旋叶片轴对粉状物料进行均匀搅拌及输送，湿度可由手动调节阀控制，达到适合输送的要求。该系列产品也适用于化工、矿山等部门含固体颗粒物料的加湿搅拌和输送

三、工作原理及结构特点
3. Working principle and structure features
3.1工作原理
3.1 Working principle
该机装有一对大刚度的搅拌轴，轴上以一定螺旋角及螺距分布着多片扇形搅拌叶片，叶片上方装有数只喷嘴，喷水均匀；两根刚性搅拌轴反向旋转对均匀加湿的粉煤灰进行搅拌、螺旋输送。
The machine has a pair of mixing spindles with large rigidity, there are multi ctorial mixing blades distributing on spindle with a certain spiral angle and screw pitch. Several nozzles are mounted on the top of blades, which spray uniformly; two rigid mixing spindles rotate in rever to carry out mixing and spiral conveying to uniform humidified fly ashes.
3.2结构特点

■系统密封性好，无飞灰外扬，并在进料口设置挡灰板，防止水雾反串；

■减速机采用摆线针轮减速机，结构紧凑，占地面积小，传动平稳，噪音低；

四、安装、使用与保养
4. Installation, usage and maintenance
4.1安装地脚见地脚图
4.1 See foundation drawing when installing
安装时各地脚铁板应在同一平面上，同时使出料端比进料端低0.5%，各地脚铁板找正紧固后与设备底座框架周边焊接固定，焊角高度不小于10mm。
Each foundation iron plate shall be in the same level when installing, and the outlet port shall be 0.5% lower than inlet port. Fix it with equipment ba frame by welding after each foundation iron plate is in place and fixed, the height of weld leg shall be not less than 10mm.
4.2安装结束后再全面检查一下紧固件，检查无问题后启动开车检查，再进行空车试运行1~3小时，待一切正常后方可进行投料使用，并仔细观察一段时间，看是否有冲击、异常振动、噪音及漏油等异常情况。
4.2 Check the fasteners completely after finishing installing. 在家英语a) 双轴搅拌机启动30秒后开启电动锁气器及给水阀（搅拌机不开机，电动锁气器禁止工作）。

4.4喷水系统压力尽量保持无多大波动，以保证喷水量的均匀，保持湿度一致，刚开始使用时，应仔细调节手动球阀，待湿度调正适合后卸下手柄，以后开机使用时仅启闭总给水阀
即可。
4.4 Water spraying system pressure shall keep constant as much as possible to ensure the uniformity of water spraying and to keep consistent humidity. It shall adjust manual ball valve carefully when using at first time, remove handle after the humidity is suitable, therefore, when using the machine next time, it is only to open and clo the feed valve.
