摘要：According to one embodiment, a current nsor (200, 201, 202, 203, 204)
includes a first nsor element (50, 51) and a power line (70). The first nsor element (50, 51) includes a first electrode (E1), a cond electrode (E2), and a first stacked body
(10s). The first stacked body (10s) is provided between the first electrode (E1) and the cond electrode (E2). The first stacked body (10s) includes a first magnetic layer (10), a cond magnetic layer (20) and a first intermediate layer (30). The cond magnetic layer (20) is provided between the first magnetic layer (10) and the cond electrode (E2). The first intermediate layer (30) is provided between the first magnetic layer (10) and the cond magnetic layer (20). The first intermediate layer (30) is nonmagnetic. A magnetization of the cond magnetic layer (20) changes according to a magnetic field generated by a current flowing through the power line (70). At least a portion of the cond magnetic layer (20) is amorphous.
