In 1189, Zhao Dun, son of Emperor Hyojong named the place “Chong Qing”, which means “double celebration”. Chong Qing is the capital city of ancient Ba, ancient Xia and provisional capital of the National Gov ernment during the anti-Japane war. All of them have their unique taste, and they are all delicious.
