房地产租赁合同

二、 【租赁用途】PURPOSE OF LEASEHOLD
1、乙方向甲方承诺，租赁该房屋作为 使用，并遵守国家和本市有关房屋使用和物业管理的规定。Party B makes guarantee to Party A that such real estate shall be ud as __________ and it shall comply with any and all rules promulgated by state or local governments concerning the u and management of real estate.
2、乙方保证，在租赁期内未征得甲方书面同意以及按规定须经有关部门审批而未核准前，不得擅自改变上述约定的使用用途。Party B guarantees that during the term hereof, it may not change such purpo of leahold as mentioned above without written connt of Party A and the approval of competent authority required therefore.
三、 【租赁条件】TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1、 租赁期限：自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。甲方应于 年 月 日前向乙方交付该房屋。The term of leahold (“Term”) shall commence from _______________ to _____________. Party A shall deliver such real estate to Party B prior to _______________.
2、 租赁期满，甲方有权收回该房屋，乙方应如期返还。乙方需要继续承租该房屋的，则应于租赁期届满前 天，向甲方提出续租书面要求，经甲方同意后重新签订租赁合同。在同等条件下，乙方有优先承租的权利。文天祥简介Party A may reposss and Party B shall return such real estate immediately upon the expiration of such term, provided, however, if Party B is intended for any renewal of leahold to such real estate, it shall make written request for renewal at least _____ days prior to the expiration date mentioned above. 四、 【租金支付】PAYMENT OF RENT
1、 乙方应付的定金为人民币 元整， 年 月 日支付给甲方定金共计人民币 元整。不足部分则于党员实事承诺 日内补足。在本合同签订之后至租期开始之前如甲方违约，则上述定金由甲方双倍返还乙方，如乙方违约则定金没收。Deposit payable by Party B shall be CNY ________ only.
