[摘要] 目的 探讨慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的发病相关危险因素情况。 方法 分析收治的200例慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征患者的临床资料，选取慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征患者作为观察组，同时选取同期收治的男性泌尿系感染患者200例作为对照组。观察两组患者尿道炎、无节制性生活、频繁手淫、泌尿损伤、焦虑心理、性伴侣感染、长时间憋尿、经常熬夜、长期固定体位情况。观察慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征患者多因素Logistic回归分析情况。 结果 两组患者无节制性生活、频繁手淫、焦虑心理、长时间憋尿、经常熬夜、长期固定体位比例差异具有统计学意义（P
