摘 要
法兰盘通常是盘状的金属零件,它主要用于机械工程的连接环节。伴随着我国法兰盘行业的迅速发展,法兰盘的应用范围越来越广,而法兰盘作为一种连接零件,人们对它的精确度要求很高,对于材质的选取也很讲究,本文以一典型结构法兰盘为例,首先进行零件分析,了解要制造的零件的基本情况,然后根据零件的加工要求选择毛坯的材质,再计算加工余量,进而确定毛坯的尺寸,然后根据各加工面的需求,选择加工方法,制定工艺路线,根据零件形状以及精度要求选择适用的机床以及刀具,再计算出各切削用量,完成该法兰盘的数控加工编程,最后根据整体需求完成夹具的选择,最终完成了一个比较基本的法兰盘加工工艺设计。

as an example, the first part analysis, understand the basic situation of manufactured parts, then according to the machining requirements of the choice of blank material, then calculate the machining allowance, and then determine the size of the blank, and then according to the manufacturing of the demand, choice of processing methods, the development of process routes, according to part The shape and accuracy for machine tool and cutting tool, then calculate the amount of cutting, NC machining programming of the flange, according to the overall demand for complete fixture lection, the final completion of the process of a more basic flange design.
