1.5 Communication Workshop介绍了抱怨信的书写方法及注意事项。通过一些听说写练习，了解不同冲突及解决办法。Language Awareness 8 在具体语言环境中学习各种完成时的用法。本课的教学内容是要求学生从一封信中了解双方有什么矛盾与冲突，冲突的原因是什么，要求学生读完信后给作者提出合理的建议来解决这些矛盾与冲突。要求学生在语言环境中总结动词完成时的各种用法。
