一.引用的是专著需要包含:作者的名字,出版年份,书名,第一版以上要列上第二版、第三版,出版社,出版地。
期刊:作者的名字,出版年份,期刊名,期刊所在杂志名,页码,其他可获得的信息。
电子资源:获取资源的时间,邮箱地址或者网址,资源类型(邮件、论坛、网页等)
二.直接引用:传统上用的是上双引号(“”),现在也可以接受。但是更好地是用上单引号(‘’)。不过尽量避免直接引用,重组原作者的语言比较好。
三.在文中的引用。
1.你需要列出作者的名字和出版物出版的年份,还有引用内容的页码。如果总结一本书的全部内容的引用不需要加页码,只需要写出作者名和时间就好了。如Phillips (1999) suggests that generational change is inevitable.
2.直接引用一个作者的著作或文献的板式(参照以下范例):
工程居间合同When organising our time, Adair (1988: 51) states that ‘the centrepiece will tend to be goals
爱情是个冷笑话and objectives’.
OR
When organising our time ‘the centrepiece will tend to be goals and objectives’ (Adair, 1988: 51).
说明:是英文输入法下的,左括号-作者-逗号-空格年份-冒号-页码-右括号。
3. 两位作者及内容是引用两位以上作者的,三位作者就把三个人都列上。(括号是在句号前面,引用的上单引号后面)参照以下范例:
McCarthy and Hatcher (1996: 69-70) insist that with prentations ‘structure must be clear and preci’.
OR
With prentations, ‘structure must be clear and preci’ (McCarthy and Hatcher, 1996: 69-70).
4. 大于三位作者的,就参照以下(用et al代替其他作者):
Morris et al (2000: 47) state that ‘the debate of the particular issues should be left to reprentative committees’.专家意见
5. 如果你的引用是你自己重组语言(paraphra)的话,就不需要用上单引号了。如下:
By improving your posture you can improve how you communicate feelings of power and confidence (McCarthy and Hatcher, 1996: 111)与天气有关的谚语
6. 直接引用和重组语言的需要保持一样的板式风格。如:
1岁宝宝发烧The DfEE (2001: 8) suggest that each year ‘some have estimated the cost to the country of poor literacy and numeracy skills to be as high as £10 billion’.
OR - PARAPHRASE
The effect of low levels of adult numeracy and literacy skills could be costing Britain around £10 billion each year (DfEE, 2001: 8).
7. 如果你引用了一个作者同一年出版的两本书上的内容,需要在第一本年份后加一个a,第二本加一个b,以此类推。
8. 第二次引用的情况。如下(e和s引用了Bolton在1986著作中的内容):
Einberg and Smith (in Bolton, 1986: 85) agree that ‘it is hard to assign general meaning to any isolated nonverbal sign’.
9. 如果引著作者的名字是未知的,就把著作的名字写进去,用斜体哦。
The flora and fauna of Britain ‘has been transported to almost every corner of the globe since colonial times’ (Plants and Animals of Britain , 1942: 8).
10. 如果未知的是报纸类文章上的作者。如下:
The Guardian reported that twenty-nine inmates were participating in the programme (‘Serving time’, 1996: 21).
11. 引述的是多个作者关于同一话题的内容,把多个作者合起来放在一个括号里用分号隔开
就好了:
The micolon can be ud to parate two ctions of a compound ntence that have a similar theme (Turabian, 1996: 56; Petelin and Durham, 1992:169).
12. 引用的是讲座、讨论、面试的情况:
Mr Bob Builder, Managing Director of Builder’s Construction, stated in an interview on 5 September 2000 that ‘customers were increasingly asking for traditional methods and materials to be ud in construction projects’.祝生日快乐的句子
Dr Wilma Flintstone stated in her lecture on 5 September 2000 that acid jazz has roots as far back as 1987.
Adult learners should learn the art of effective note taking for the simple reason that students ‘are more likely to remember what they have heard or read if they take an active part in their learning’ (Dhann, 2001:3).

13. 电子资源的引用,不需要加页码。板式是作者名字加上时间。如果出版时间不可得,就输入(n.d.)代表‘no date’。没有作者名字就用文章名称。
四.文后的参考文献部分。
1. 排列:按照字母表顺序根据作者名字首字母排列出参考文献顺序,需要左对齐,前面不需要加数字或者点句(bullet-point)。没有名字的就按著作名字来。全部文献在一起排列,不需要分类(专著、期刊和电子资源)。
2. 这一部分单独成页,标题为‘References’ or ‘Literature Cited’,标题的字体和大小都与正文的标题一致。参考:
