摘要：A power consumption distribution calculator us a predicted outdoor
temperature quence of the customer hou for a prediction period at a first date from
a first time to a cond time, and identifies dates having a quence part similar to the predicted outdoor temperature quence in the prediction period, identifies power consumption quences corresponding to identified dates, and calculate a statistical distribution or a reprentative value of identified power consumption quences for a whole period from a third time to the cond time, the third time being earlier than the first time. A power consumption predicting unit calculates a predicted power consumption quence in the prediction period bad on the statistical distribution or the reprentative value. A rerve capacity calculating unit calculates rerve capacity being a difference between a predicted power consumption quence and a quence part in the prediction period of the reference power consumption quence.
