第一章总则
Chapter I General Rules
泰迪狗简笔画1.1 本产品名称为20000M3油罐，制造图号：KNPS-CMEC-001（F4011S-J10609-00），规格φ42000×17000，结构形式为平底拱顶立式圆筒形钢制焊接贮罐（罐顶采用网壳加蒙皮）。The product is named 20000M3 oil tank with its drawing No, KNPS-CMEC-001（F4011S-J10609-00）and specification of φ42000×17000. Its structural form is a vertical cylinder steel welded storage tank with a flat bottom and arch crown (the top of tank is made up of net shell and covering).
1.2 本规范是本设备加工、制造、施工及验收的主要依据。This code is an important basis for processing, fabrication, construction and acceptance of this equipment.
1.3 施工图如有特殊要求时，应按施工图执行。施工图如需修改，应取得设计单位同意。If there is special requirement in the construction drawing, it shall be executed according to the drawing. If the drawing needs to be modified, it shall be approved by the design institute.
1.4 贮罐的焊接除应符合本示范的规定外，还应符合《现场设备、工业管道焊接工程施工及验收规范》
（即《GB50236》）和《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐施工及验收规范》(即GB50128)的要求。Welding of the storage tank shall conform to the stipulations of this code, as well as Code of Construction and Acceptance for Welding Works of Site Equipment and Industrial Pipeline (GB50236) and Code of Construction and Acceptance for Vertical Cylinder Steel Welded Oil Tank (GB50128).
1.5 贮罐的梯子，平台和扶手及其他钢结构的预制和安置应符合《钢结构工程施工及验收规范》要求。Prefabrication and installation of ladder, platform, handrail and other steel structure of the storage tank shall conform to the requirements of Code of Construction and Acceptance for Steel Structure Works.
1.6 贮罐施工的安全技术、劳动保护应符合现行有关规定。Safety technique and labor protection of storage tank construction shall conform to relevant applicable regulations.
1.7 贮罐施工前应具备下列条件：The following conditions shall be ready before construction of storage tank.
1.7.1 设计及其它技术文件齐全、施工图已会审、施工方案已批准、技术交底已完成。Design and other technical documents are complete. Construction drawings have been jointly checked. Construction method has been approved and technical disclosure has been completed. 1.7.2 材料、
劳动力和机具装务齐全，可保证连续施工。焊接设备应满足焊接工艺和材料
