一、故障现象介绍伴性遗传的概念
某轮发电柴油机是日本YANMAR柴油机厂生产的6N18 (A)L—V型船用中速机，2006年建造，缸数6，缸径180mm，活塞行程 280mm，柴油机额定输出功率550kW,转速900 r/min,共3台，采用空气马达起动。

某天值班机工在05: 30准备起动NO.2发电柴油机并电换压载水，但无法起动，便告知二管轮。
二管轮下机舱开始检查该发电柴油机，检查次序如下:
(1) 检查润滑油压力、燃油压力、缸套水压力、涡轮增压器油压、调速器油位、机座油油位，无异常;
(2)将柴油机机旁控制面板选择开关置于“Local”位置，油门手柄置于“STOP”位置，检查示
功“cock” 是否全部打开，合上盘车机，开始盘车，发现盘车无异常，且示功“cock'无油水排出。
此检查的目的主要是检查连杆大端轴瓦和主轴瓦及活塞连杆各种运行机构有无异常，由于盘车顺利，排除运行机构故障;
(3) 脱开盘车机，检查起动空气瓶压力，起
动压力正常，确认无异常，按下启动按钮进行冲车，冲车无异常;
(4)关闭各缸示功“cock”， 把油门手柄置于“RUN”位置，按下启动按钮，柴油机转动起来，但是柴油机气缸不发火，起动失败。
看转速表，转速已经达到说明书规定的点火转速，说明起动马达和带动飞轮旋转装置工作正常。
接着检查柴油机安全保护装置，润滑油失压、飞车保护，没有出现过润滑油失压和飞车报警，保护装置没动作。
(1) Check the lubricating oil pressure, fuel pressure, cylinder liner water pressure, turbocharger oil pressure, governor oil level, and engine ba oil level, and ensure that they are normal;
(2) Place the lection switch on the control panel beside the diel engine at the 'Local' position and the throttle handle at the 'STOP' position. Check whether the indicator 'cock' is fully opened. Clo the turning gear and start turning. It is found that the turning gear is normal and the indicator 'cock' is free of oil and water.
The purpo of this inspection is to check whether the large end bearing bush and main bearing bush of the connecting rod as well as various operating mechanisms of the piston connecting rod are abnormal. As the turning is smooth, the operating mechanism is eliminated;
(3) Disconnect the turning gear, check the starting air cylinder pressure
The dynamic pressure is normal, and it is confirmed that there is no abnormality. Press the start button to run the car, and there is no abnormality;
(4) Turn off the indicator 'cock' of each cylinder, place the throttle handle at the 'RUN' position, press the start button, and the diel engine starts, but the diel engine cylinder does not ignite, and the starting fails.华丽反义词
Look at the tachometer, the speed has reached the ignition speed specified in the manual, indicating that the starting motor and the flywheel rotating device work normally.
Then check the diel engine safety protection device, lubricating oil pressure loss and runaway protection. There is no lubricating oil pressure loss and runaway alarm, and the protection device does not act.
